Large long decks present a different set of challenges to both manufacturer and installer. In response, TEK-DEK Extreme has developed: Cruise ship.

Designed for the superyacht and cruise liner market, this revolutionary new product adresses all problems a larger deck can present.

Unlike most systems, Cruiseship is laid in-situ plank by plank.
this eliminates possible damage from heavy unwieldy panels, bubbling due to trapped air pockets, ill fitting seams and
allows the boat to be instaled "a section at the time", freeing up areas for other work. Its unique non-shape conforming design insures straight caulk lines and topwelding creates a seamless appearence over the complete deck.

Although made primarily from the same material as our Flexible panel range, it's the worlds first tri-extruded decking incorporating state of the art technology that prevents shrinkage and facilitates a perfect watertight seam every time. An integral part caulk line on both maing surfaces insures a srispclean finish to the topwelded joint. Athered to the boatsurface using our MSR or 2-k adhesive, the "dovelock" underside allows the deck to expand and contract slightly, whilst still holding it perfectly flat.

Much lighter than an equivalent teak deck and manufactured from color fast pigments Cruise Ship is the obvious choice for continued good looks and low maintenance.
